Terms of Use

This document, the "Terms of Use" (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), constitutes an offer by specify the name of the legal entity or sole proprietor, posted on the website specify the store domain (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), to enter into a contract on the terms of the Agreement set out below.

1. General provisions

1.1. creates a contract on the terms of this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of Articles 437 and 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

1.3. By using any of the above-mentioned options for using the Site, you confirm that:

a) You have read the terms of this Agreement in full before you began using the Site;

b) You accept all the terms of this Agreement in full, without any exceptions or limitations on your part, and undertake to comply with them or to cease using the Site. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement or do not have the right to enter into a contract on their basis, you must immediately cease any use of the Site;

c) The Agreement (including any part of it) may be amended by the Site without any special notice. The new version of the Agreement takes effect from the moment it is posted on the Site or otherwise brought to the User's attention in any convenient form, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.

2. General terms of use of the Site

2.1. The Site sells goods and/or services via the web resource specify the store domain and the Site's related support services.

2.2. The Site delivers goods using the methods specified in Part 5 of this Agreement.

2.3. The Site provides access to the Site's personalized services so that you can obtain the most complete information about the products you are interested in, create ratings and reviews, and take part in contests and other promotions held by the Site.

2.4. You hereby give your voluntary consent to be informed of all actions of the Site related to the sale of goods and/or the provision of services, including the status of order fulfilment, as well as of any other events of any nature relating to the Site's services.

2.5. Consent to receive mailings:

2.6. You agree that the Site bears no responsibility for delays, failures, incorrect or untimely delivery, deletion, or loss of any notifications. At the same time, the Site reserves the right to resend any notification if it is not received by you.

2.8. You acknowledge that the product description accompanying the goods on the Site does not claim to be exhaustively informative and may contain inaccuracies. You have the right to send all comments regarding inaccurate product descriptions to the Site at specify the store email.

2.9. You acknowledge that the Site makes sufficient efforts to ensure that the appearance, packaging, and characteristics of the goods correspond to the descriptions provided in the Site's catalog. At the same time, the Site informs you that the actual appearance, packaging, and characteristics of the goods may differ from these descriptions in the case of assortment goods, as well as in the case of changes made to the goods directly by the manufacturer.

2.10. You are informed that the price and availability of goods on the Site change around the clock without prior notice and are indicated in the individual status and detailed product card displayed in the catalog on the Site.

3. User obligations when using the Site

3.1. You agree not to use the Site's services for the purpose of:

3.1.1. Uploading content that is unlawful, violates any third-party rights; promotes violence, cruelty, hatred and/or discrimination on racial, ethnic, gender, religious, or social grounds; contains false information and/or insults directed at specific persons, organizations, or authorities;

3.1.2. Inciting the commission of unlawful acts, as well as assisting persons whose actions are aimed at violating the restrictions and prohibitions in force within the territory of the Russian Federation;

3.1.3. Violating the rights of minors and/or causing them harm in any form;

3.1.4. Infringing on the rights of minorities;

3.1.5. Impersonating another person or a representative of an organization and/or community without sufficient rights to do so, including employees of the Site;

3.1.6. Misleading regarding the properties and characteristics of any goods from the catalog on the Site; making incorrect comparisons of goods, as well as fostering a negative attitude towards persons who (do not) use certain goods, or condemning such persons;

3.1.7. Uploading content that you do not have the right to make available under the legislation of the Russian Federation or under any contractual relationship;

3.1.8. Uploading content that affects and/or contains any patent, trademark, trade secret, trade name, copyright and related rights, as well as other rights to the results of intellectual activity belonging to or lawfully used by third parties;

3.1.9. Uploading advertising information not specifically authorized and/or spam;

3.1.10. Collecting and processing personal data or private-life information of any persons;

3.1.11. Disrupting the normal operation of the Site;

3.1.12. Violating Russian or international legal norms.

3.2. You agree not to use on the Site profane words, indecent and offensive images, comparisons, and expressions, including with respect to the gender, race, nationality, profession, social category, age, or language of a person and citizen, as well as with respect to organizations, authorities, official state symbols (flags, coats of arms, anthems), religious symbols, and objects of cultural heritage (monuments of history and culture).

3.3. You acknowledge and agree that the Site has the right (but not the obligation), at its own discretion, to refuse to post and/or to remove any content accessible through the Site's services.

4. Privacy policy

4.1. The terms of the Privacy Policy and the relationship between you and the Site relating to the processing of personal data are governed by Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data".

4.2. The Privacy Policy applies to the personal data that the Site has received or may receive from you upon registration, including using the Sber ID service (a feature of PJSC "Sberbank of Russia" for transferring the User's personal data, provided for the purpose of authenticating the User and auto-filling the User's data on the Site) and/or when placing an order on the Site, and necessary for the Site to fulfil its obligations regarding the goods/services you purchase and/or your access to the Site's services.

5. Terms of purchase and delivery of goods

5.1. You can purchase goods on the Site by paying for them in the following ways: list the payment methods available to the customer on the site.

5.2. You hereby agree that the payment method you have chosen cannot be changed from the moment the order is placed on the Site.

5.3. You hereby agree that confirmation of an order paid for list the online payment methods available to the customer on the site occurs only after confirmation of the debiting of funds as payment for the order.

In this case, the goods are returned to the Site, and the order is considered cancelled.

5.7. In the event of your refusal of the goods, as well as in the event that the goods you ordered are unavailable, the prepayment transferred to the Site for the goods, except for the Site's costs of delivering the goods, will be returned to you no later than within 10 calendar days.

5.8. You can send all questions related to the timing and terms of delivery of goods to the Site at – specify the store email.

6. Liability

6.1 The Site's services may contain links to other resources. You acknowledge and agree that the Site bears no responsibility for the availability of these resources and their content, or for any consequences related to your use of the content of these resources.

6.2. You also agree that the Site bears no responsibility for your personal data that you provide to third-party resources and/or other third parties in the event of navigating to them from the Site.

6.3. You confirm that the Site is not responsible for the possible loss and/or corruption of data that may occur due to your violation of the provisions of this Agreement, as well as improper access to and/or use of the Site's personalized services.

6.4. Responsibility for the actions of minors, including their purchase of goods from the catalog on the Site, lies with the legal representatives of the minors.

6.5. You agree that if the Site fails to fulfil and/or improperly fulfils its obligations to sell and/or deliver goods to you due to your provision of inaccurate and/or invalid information about yourself, as well as your failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement, the Site bears no responsibility.
