You may return or exchange goods of proper quality (provided that the goods have not been used, the factory tags, presentation, consumer properties, etc. have been preserved) without giving reasons within 14 calendar days from the date of actual receipt of the goods, with delivery of the goods at the Buyer's expense, as well as goods of improper quality (defective) within the time limits established by the applicable law, with delivery at the store's expense.

To make a return by post, take the following steps:
Carefully pack the goods in their original packaging in full configuration (goods supplied as a set should also be returned as a set);

Attach a copy of the cash receipt and indicate the refund method (postal transfer or transfer to a bank account, specifying the details for the transfer);

Goods purchased in a retail store can only be returned to a retail store.
The absence of a cash receipt or invoice is not grounds for refusing a return; however, we reserve the right to additionally verify that the goods were purchased in our store.

During the quality inspection of the item and the processing of the refund procedure, the store has the right to take the goods into safekeeping against a receipt from an authorized employee.
The funds will be refunded to you within 7(seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the "Application for a refund" using the same payment method with which the goods were paid for, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus. If the order was paid to the courier upon receipt, the funds will be refunded by cashless method through a transfer to a bank account according to the details specified in the return application.
